Why Miners?

Hard to produce. Easy to verify.

⚡ Witness Proofs

Miners perturb input features within epsilon bounds and verify signal stability. If 61/64 trials maintain direction, the signal gains a witness proof.

🔍 Counterexamples

Miners search for minimal perturbations that flip the signal. A close counterexample indicates fragility and can trigger rejection.

This is signal validation, not signal generation. The Oracle proposes; Miners verify.
